Creating a Project:

  • Just go here and follow the simple instructions.

Updating/Modifying a Project:

  • You have a bunch of editing options available on your project page.
  • Just look for the edit icons. Edit Icon Click on them to change some text or swap out an image.

Uploading/Changing Photos:

  • You can Upload your own photos to to your project page. Images will be scaled down to 550x500 pixels.
  • Click change photo next to an image to swap it out for a new one.
  • Click remove photo next to an image to permanently delete that photo from your page.
  • Click Add a Photo add extra photos to your project page.

Reporting Inappropriate Content:

  • Click Flag as inappropriate and an email will be sent to our editing staff who will review the page immediately.
  • Just click report this next to a comment to let our editors know a review is needed.

Project Summary

Basically, I want to spend as little as possible while making the room as nice as possible, anything is a big step up from what it was (which I still used as my bedroom...ehhh).

Fireplace Complete

When I first bought the electric fireplace from walmart on clearance for 150, it came in about the most hideous color a piece of wood can be. Check out this link for what it is supposed to look like:

I put 3 coats of stain on and did the ornamental part a bit different to try and add some character. I haven't put in the actual fireplace insert yet as this will be the last piece to go in the room and will just sit aside for now.
