Project Budget $100000.00

Project Summary

My name is SK Sartell. I am a designer and artist with a general contractor husband. This is Our Hunter Avenue remodel. This remodel took us four months from start to finish. The house needed to be gutted and re-designed. The designing process was the simple part. The tear-out went very quickly. three days. The kitchen was totally encompassed with walls. The walls were torn down and wiring re-routed.I chose a very traditional craftsman color and design pallet. The counter tops are green granite and the island counter top is hand pounded copper. The floors are number 2 oak, with tons of color and knots and personality. You can see many more before and after pictures on SK Sartell's web site http://www.sksartell.com
