Project Summary

we really wanted wainscoting in the house somewhere and thought the dining room might be just the place for it. Basically we had to put up a chair rail and molding below it, then measure out and construct the boxes for wainscoting and build them on the wall. We went into this now knowing what color we were going to paint, but I think what we chose was great. we were a little skeptical about painting over the nice gumwood trim, but it really lightens up the whole room without that dark trim.
