Project Summary
This was one of the featured projects in Woodsmith Magazine, Vol 30/No. 180. The other featured project in that issue was the modular media center you can see that was one of my other projects. This was a pretty challenging, but fairly straightforward project. The plans call for cherry and cherry plywood which would have been way to costly. Using oak instead, the project came in at between 250-300 dollars. The base is simple case construction with the support shelves dadoed into the sides. The bun feet were purchased as pre-turned items. This will be my 2012 Florida State Fair entry.
