Creating a Project:

  • Just go here and follow the simple instructions.

Updating/Modifying a Project:

  • You have a bunch of editing options available on your project page.
  • Just look for the edit icons. Edit Icon Click on them to change some text or swap out an image.

Uploading/Changing Photos:

  • You can Upload your own photos to to your project page. Images will be scaled down to 550x500 pixels.
  • Click change photo next to an image to swap it out for a new one.
  • Click remove photo next to an image to permanently delete that photo from your page.
  • Click Add a Photo add extra photos to your project page.

Reporting Inappropriate Content:

  • Click Flag as inappropriate and an email will be sent to our editing staff who will review the page immediately.
  • Just click report this next to a comment to let our editors know a review is needed.

Project Timeline

From start to finish this project took two people 8 weeks, working full weekends and weekday evenings.

Skilled tradesmen were hired to undertake the plastering, electrical work and tiling.

Learning points - make plans to move out of your home when undertaking this type of work and keep 10% of you budget for contingency funding.

hi jjjohnny,

No, its actually an MFI kitchen (its solid wood, ex-display) we bought it literally weeks before they announced their administration.

Are you thinking of buying an IKEA kitchen?
