Computer still at Dell repair center. Talked with Dell software support, diagnosed it as hardware problem in a short time then it took almost 2 hours to get a return label. Hardware person wanted to do all kinds of tests first and was hard to understand. I would rate their support as poor. I knew more than He did and I have been retired and out of the field for 16 years.

Before I built my PC quite a few years ago now, I was looking into Dell. They seemed to have a lot to offer for the price. But I've heard too many stories like yours about the poor customer service.
