    Curtain for glare

    I am looking for some curtain to dim the sunrise that I can make
    that is similar to King Kurtanin Fashion Stripe Pattern Tailored Bedroom Sheer Curtains - DinoDirect.com

    My budget is around $30, the one above is $28 after Coupon


    Any suggestion?

    I don't understand. If you like this pair and it's at your budget, why don't you just buy them?
    Patterned sheer fabric is generally not that cheap and there's no way to buy that fabric and make your own at that price.
