Ground bar lug

Siemens panel p1224b1100cu sub panel
Siemens panel s4040b1200 main panel

Panel has separate ground bars from the neutral bars on sub panel but the main panel does not have separate ground bars. Ground wire that connects the sub and main panel will not fit into ground bar in the sub panel and does not fit into the neutral/ ground bar on the main panel. Both panels had the ground wire cut to fit. Looked on both panels but it does not specify add on ground lug to accept larger wire. Is part # eccs1 the correct ground lug for both panels? Thanks.

That is the correct add-a-lug for Siemens panels.
It does have a negative..... it uses two-three holes in the bar.
