DSC PC5010 Stays on Bypass
Sure hope for guidance here.
Had phone line from ATT disconnected. Was getting trouble codes 3 and 4 on keypad. Tried 015 7 to clear trouble light #3 (turn off phone). Tried *8 code 380 1 to clear trouble code #4, numbers 1 and 4 lite up. Trouble lite stays lit. When I try to arm the system, bypass light comes on and bypasses all devices.
Thanks!!!

If you arm the system and do not open/close an entry-exit zone, then the bypass feature automatically bypasses any stay/away zones. The light will come on even if you don't have any zones defined as such.
Any zones actually bypassed light solid on the zone display.
You may have to power cycle the system to eliminate the communication trouble.

Still Same Issue
Tried all of the above. Communication trouble 4 still lit. System remains on bypass after arming even when ensuring entry door opened. What is next? Reset?

By the photo you posted, when the bypass is lit, there are no zones actually bypassed.
Are you waiting long enough for the exit delay to time out before you test your zones?
Are you sure the contacts on the zones you are testing actually work (do they chime when you open/close with the chime feature turned on)?
Again, are you certain that you are actually getting into programming to disable the telephone settings?

Still Trouble Lite 4
I began the arming sequence and opened the exit door. After arming: Armed and trouble lights stay lit; as well as BYPASS. No zone numbers are lit.
When i enter * 8 and installer code; the PROGRAM and armed lights are lit. I assume I am in to make changes. What do you suggest I put in to remove the trouble light 4?

DSC: Power series panels (632, 832, 864); trouble 3 (telephone line trouble) and/or trouble 4 (failure to communicate) shows on new/defaulted system.
DSC panels default to the communicator turned on, and TLM (telephone line monitoring) turned on. If you will not be using the communicator functions, you have to turn them off by entering programming, turning off option 7 in section 015, and option 1 in section 380.

You will also have to power cycle the system to make the trouble 4 go away.
