EVL-4 "Error:*29 Programming on panel not completed properly"

I have a Vista 20P system. I just installed a EVL-4 module. I can arm it from the envisalink website now

However, the website tells me that i have the Error 29: programming on panel not completed properly.

when programming the panel, i did this section from the guide
*29 Enable IP/GSM (IP/GSM/LRR support required for your Envisalink4 to transmit alerts): The codes to
enter in the section depend on the age of the panel. Start by entering 1, If you hear 3 beeps proceed to #4; if
not continue with *0**.
However, after that my Vista 20P keypad showed the "BF check" error. i ignored, but due to that my system would randomly beep. So i turned off the *29 with 00 then it went away.

i think the problem is now that i will not be able to receive any monitoring emails or alerts from envisalink, correct?

How do i get past the "BF check" error?

Turn on the *29 function, as instructed. The bF trouble should clear once the module succeeds in communicating with the server.
