    Labor rate for self stick tile

    What is the going labor rate for installing self adhesive tiles onto a concrete basement floor? Detroit, MI area.

    Most installers won't touch a self stick tile without using an additional adhesive (warrantee issue). It will most loikly be estimated like a regular tile install. As far as rares you get what you pay for. Also take the time to interview your installer. If you're lucky he may even bring a portfolio of some of his other installs.
