Palm - dying or still alive?

Hurricane IRMA came through and out of the three palms I have in the back, one is still alive, one crashed into the fence (PALM "A") and one got a complete "haircut" but still standing (PALM "B").

As far as PALM A, it's totally broke apart at the base. I will need to have it cut up and removed.

As for PALM B, all the fronds got chopped off and there is only one green frond left up top. Is there a chance it will come back or this is the beginning of the dying process? A few more pictures of PALM B from different angles.

I think B could survive. As long as it didn't get beheaded (broke off entire frond base head) I think it will come back. We were lucky here on the west side of the storm, couple of branches and a leaning fence.
