Can't fit new gas range -- OK to cut?

My kitchen has a gas supply that interferes with the range. The gas outlet is on the very right edge of the open space. The sides of the range extend to the very back, meaning that if I push the range all the way back it will hit the gas outlet.

My choices are to move the gas connection (not easy, will need to cut the flooring and/or cabinets to access it), or to cut a small corner out of the range (probably with an angle grinder). It does not appear to be load bearing.

Just wondering if anyone has come across this or has any other ideas/recommendations?

Yes.... I've come across problems like that where I consider the gas line to be improperly located. Almost any range made will hit the gas line where it's located.

I've never cut an appliance. I relocate the gas line.
