forced air furnace

furnace pilot keeps going out. replaced thermal coupler worked for awhile and started acting up again. after lighting furnace again i bumped the regulator by accident and it shut the hole furnace down. i have replaced thermal coupler twice in two years,advice on problem would be highly appreciated. THANK YOU

There could be any number of possible problems causing the described problem. Far too many too explain here. We need to narrow down the list of possibilities. Potential problems could be a cracked or damaged firebox. Smothering flames is yet another.

Please provide in depth, specific & detailed information regarding the problem, helps to explain the situation your dealing with in a manner that allows myself and or several other professionals, in this forum, to offer the best possible helpful suggestions and advice.

Also provide the units brand name, year, model, serial numbers, if available, type of ignition system and the location of the heating unit. Any and all detailed information would help greatly.

Any and all additional detailed information you can provide may help to expose a clue regarding the heaters current problem and help us to determine the exact repair to the problem.
