Pedometer

Any recommendations for an accurate, inexpensive pedometer. I don't want to invest in a $150 FitBit. All I want it to do is count steps. I see lots of choices on line, but most have poor reviews regarding accuracy.

If you have a smart phone you could try one of the free apps like Google Fit. Good for tracking long walks. But I suppose if you are counting steps a real pedometer would be more accurate.

Wife and I used to use Omron brand digital pedometers. They worked fine and seemed accurate. They used coin batteries which I wasn't crazy about, but they lasted long enough that it wasn't a problem...
