Can't unscrew lightbulb?

Had to replace an unusual lightbulb (mini flood) in an eyeball style fixture... clearance was too tight to get my fingers around it. Didn't have the "right" tool, but found that a small suction cup hook was just the thing to use.

Thought maybe this could help someone else someday.
