Unhappy Wiring Help Aprilaire 600A (Model 60 control) to old Fedders Furnace

I replaced my old Aprilaire 110 with the 600A (model 60 control). It's installed, but I don't know how to wire it with my old furnace. The furnace (Fedders Model#CEG105N4F) does not have a control board or terminal. I found two wires in the furnace marked C and W. I have only two wires coming from the t-stat (red and white). The old humidifier was connected to a transformer wired to the furnace. I don't need to run the humidifer without a call for heat. Is there an easy way to wire this? Do i have to use a current sensing relay? Thanks for any help.

ignore the G and GF in the wiring diagram from AA.
R is 24V hot
C is 24V common (ground)
W is the other wire (not R) going to the thermostat.

hvactechfw,
Thanks for your help. Got it working. The transformer from AA wasn't wired or working right. So I used the transformer from my old humidifier.
Great Site.
