Wall insulation around a/c refrigerant line

Is it okay to put insulation in a stud bay where my a/c refrigerant line runs?

I don't see a problem with it.

I'd first wrap the lines in foam then insulate the wall.
Reason being is I tried this once long and the condinsation inside the wall caused mold and wet insulation.

Joe is absolutely correct, insulate the refrigerant lines completely before adding the wall insulation. Be sure to seal the seam on the insulation tubing as well.
