Need help opening a fan light enclosure

I'm trying to replace the light bulb in my ceiling fan.
The problem is, it has no lever or button or screw to pop the enclosure off and access the bulb. Has anyone seen a light enclosure like this? How would you open it? I've tried twisting the frame, pushing up on the glass pane, and even tried prying it with a crow bar, all to no avail. Please help.

Rotate either just the glass or the entire glass/frame of the bottom of the fixture. Most cases righty tighty, lefty loosey.
