    1998 Ford Explorer- broken door handle (interior)

    Interior, driver side door handle and lock have been acting up for a couple weeks. Last nite the handle stuck in the "open" position. Is there a simple way to remove the interior door panel so that I can see if it's a do it yourself job, or if I need to take it to a shop.

    Broken door hAndle reply

    My ford explorer has the same issue . I bought A new handle from pep boys. Cost about $12.00. Easy fix.
