WOW I did it!
Phew! I feel great about the amount of things that I can DIY. This website rocks. I looked up repairing my indicator light and followed the steps exactly resulting in a repair that only cost me $6 CAD. I've also been able to go the mechanic at the dealership informed about what was causing my starting problem and had him validate my findings. Oh, the time that I got my oil changed at a chain nearby (Mr. Lube) and was advised that my cabin filter had never been changed and that would cost $60 if they did it. So I said no because I thought that I couldn't afford it and had them put it back then the next day I thought that I'd ask at the local Can Tire where the filter cost $25 Who said that a chick can't handle minor repairs. I also got the glue for my driver's side mirror which I pushed off while reversing out of the garage. ;-)

Good job! I have saved countless thousands by DIY-ing my cars.
Agreed, this site is a phenomenal help.
Also, be advised - you broke the number 1 rule of DIY-er.
Here's RULE NUMBER ONE: never brag about job done, or it is destined to go sour.

Awww, cut her some slack, uk; if my wife was that handy I would be bragging!
Measure it with a micrometer; cut it with an ax.
