2002 GMC Envoy - Seatbelt issue and backup light filling with water
Front passenger side seatbelt has no "give" once it is buckeled and retracts - it locks and I can't even lean forward to reach something forward on the dashboard - i.e. GPS. Where do I start?
Second issue is one of the rear back up lights - bulb keeps burning out because the area fills with water (rain). There are no apparent or noticable cracks or gaps and the bumper is intact.

1. start with dealer. some manufacturers offer life time on safety systems, seatbelts included.
2. drill small holes in the bottom of lens plastic covers.3mm or so. water will drip out. your cover gaskets are not tight and condensate collects inside. I used to drill one at the top of the light ass-y, and 2 at the bottom of the lens cover, for ventilation.
