I have a flat 4,000 sq ft rolled asphalt roof. We've had a few leaks in the past, which have been repaired - mainly around skylights and where the first story meets the seconds story.

I'm considering using Black Jack Ultra-Roof 1000 to extend the life of the roof and to help cut down on energy usage in the summer.

Has anyone used this product on their roof? Is it any good?
