Changing room thermostat

Hi,

I have a Drayton RTS1 room thermostat that is quite a bit off and as it's been in the house of probably 10-15 years I thought I'd changed it.

I bought a Honeywell T6360B which seemed compatible, but I'm blocked with the wiring; as can be seen below, the RTS1 has a pretty straightforward wiring: Name: rts1_vs_t6360b.jpg

I'm just very confused by the wiring of the T6360B

Where should I connect the Neutral cable (terminal 2 or 3) and how about the cable currently being "call for heat" on the RTS1?

I've blown about 3 fuses already trying a few options... so I'm now looking for a bit of help!

Thanks
