Forced hot water and Central Air Conditioning on the same thermostat?

Hi,
I bought a house that has forced hot water (fueled by oil) for heat and has a central air conditioner. They each have their own thermostat. I would like to consolidate them to one, is this doable? I have seen people seeing issues where the thermostat will turn on the fan from the AC unit in the winter when calling for heat. Obviously I would only be using one system at a time seasonally so if its as simple as switching to a different mode for the season thats fine. The motivation here is that I have a wifi thermostat from honeywell RTH6580WF1001 that I like and would love to be able to use is for both heating and cooling. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Yes very doable. You will need to do some wiring on the boiler.

First you need to find out how many wires you have at the cooling stat.
