    Happy Face Broken Moen shower faucet

    I'm having trouble with my mother's Moen single faucet in her shower. The water won't come on when I turn it on despite the fact that the water valve is on. You see, When she tried to turn on the shower, the knob broke off. A plastic piece inside the knob broke so she superglued it back on and screwed the knob back on. It has two pieces inside the handle, sort of like gears.

    Why won't the water turn on????? How can I fix it? I'm at my wit's end!

    Here's some information about the shower faucet: It's a one big knob to turn on the shower and for temperature control and for water volume control.

    I will very much appreciate any help/advice I can get.

    call i-800-buy-moen and talk to them. it may take a few days but its free parts
