Angus Steaks

by DoItYourself Staff

There are several ways to cook Angus Steaks. The most common is to grill them on an open flame. When cooking Angus Steaks using this method the seasoning you use is the biggest factor. However, if you’re looking to try something new you can also try a few different methods.

Other Methods for Cooking Angus Steaks

• One method that will ensure your steak to fall apart with tenderness and very juicy is to slow cook the Angus Steaks. The best thing to do for this is to season it on both sides. You can then either put it into the crock pot or briefly fry it for color in a skillet and then put it in the crock pot. You want to put a half of a cup of water or broth into the pot as well and let it cook on low for about 5 to 6 hours.
• Another unconventional way to cook Angus Steaks to perfection is a combination of a skillet and oven. With this method you want to season both sides of the steak and then brown it in a skillet. Finally, place it into the oven at 400 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
