Paying for college is often the most intimidating and confusing part of returning to school. Approximately half of all adult learners surveyed are using or expect to use either cash savings or employer tuition assistance/reimbursement to finance their educational costs, according to Eduventures, the leading research and consulting firm for the education industry. The database provides a wealth of information about financial aid, loans, loan consolidation and employer tuition assistance programs. "Most adult students have a family to support, work full time and go to school part time," says Terrence Thomas with eLearners.com. In addition to financial aid information, visitors to the Student Loans and Financial Aid Center will find discussion forums to talk with other students about grants, scholarships and financing options. The site also has a glossary, which explains the different student loan choices.
