Take the Guesswork out of Dieting with New Blog

Take the Guesswork out of Dieting with New Blog You've tried the latest diet pill that didn't work and read a great weight-loss book that did. You're trying to find a good exercise DVD, but don't know which one is worth your money. Where do you turn to find out which diet product is right for you and which you should pass by?

Most people turn to friends, family or coworkers to find out if they've tried the hot new diet. But now there's a forum where consumers can post their reviews of weight-loss products from supplements to exercise equipment -- the good, the bad and the ugly.

DietBlogTalk.com features hundreds of reviews of diet products ranging from pills, drinks and creams to weight-loss programs, books and workout devices. Consumers are invited to rate and comment on products they've used. Products are simply ranked using a thumbs up, thumbs down or undecided system and people who've tried the products can write their own reviews about what worked or what didn't. The site features a list of products and programs that are rated 75 percent positive or higher by consumers, so you know what is a worthy investment of your time and money.

If you visit the Web site of a company selling appetite suppressants, of course they're going to tell you that it helps you lose weight and that their customers have lost 10 pounds in a week. They're trying to sell you the pills, so they'll tell you what you want to hear so you'll send them your money. DietBlogTalk.com is dedicated to providing the truth about diet products from the people that use them -- your peers.

Read the reviews and decide for yourself. In a recent posting, reviewing a new diet pill formulation, one user gave the product a thumbs up saying, "This one powers up my workout like nothing else has. Great energy and fat burning too." Another user who'd tried the product disagreed. "This product did not work for me," she writes. "I work at a coffee shop and I get my caffeine for free."
You won't find reviews like that on a product's Web site.

The site also features before and after photos of people using the weight loss products or services reviewed on the site. A picture is worth a thousand words and it helps to see real people achieve results with a product you're considering.

Log on to DietBlogTalk.com today to read reviews of the hot new diet you’re considering and to post your feedback on products you’ve used. At the end of the day, customers say it all. Copyright © 2008, ARAnet, Inc.
