Steps to Canning Salsa
- Step 1: make sure you have several sterilized glass jars (quart or pint will do)
- Step 2: Fill the clean sterilized jars with the salsa. Make sure there are no air pockets and remember to pack the jars tight.
- Step 3: Put the warm, dried lids on the jars, and tighten up the rims.
- Step 4: Place jars in a pot of boiling water for about 90 minutes, and remove them once the process is done.
This simple process of canning salsa will keep your salsa fresh for years. It will also save you a lot of money!
