Carving, Engraving and Routing

Engraving Cutters

These 3/32" shank cutters work well for engraving the detail in wood, fiberglass, plastic and soft material.

High Speed Cutters

These 1/8" shank cutters are used for shaping, hollowing, grooving, slotting, inletting and making tapered holes in soft metal, wood and plastic. Keep in mind that the actual cutting action is coming from the sides of the cutter. The point or tip is not designed to cut well and therefore will not provide optimum performance. When working on wood, the cutter will follow the grain, so a steady hand is important.

Diamond Wheel Points

These 3/32" shank wheel points work well for fine detail work on wood, jade, ceramic, glass, hardened steel, semi-precious stones and other hard material. These accessories are impregnated with diamond particles.

Router Bits

All router bits are 1/8" shank. They work well for inlaying, and mortising in wood and other soft materials. They are constructed of high speed steel.

Structured Tooth Tungsten Carbide Cutters

If you've got a lot of material to remove, the fast cutting, sharp teeth on these accessories will work wonders. Mounted on a 1/8" shank, they can be used on a variety of material including fiberglass, wood, plastic, epoxy, rubber, laminates, particle board, soft metal and ceramic tile.

Tungsten Carbide Cutters

Also mounted on a 1/8" shank, Tungsten Carbide is a very tough material and works well for smoothing and shaping as well as material removal on hardened steel, stainless steel, cast iron, nonferrous metals, fired ceramics, plastics, hardwood and other hard material.
