Cheese Grater
Using your cheese grater for freshly grated cheese will enhance any recipe. Processed cheese that has been pre sliced or grated can have a tough texture and the flavor seem dull. Using a cheese grater will allow you to enjoy fresh and flavorful cheese in all your recipes.
Grated cheese is a delicious topping for chili, spaghetti, soups, and salads. Your cheese grater allows you to easily grate the cheese right over the dish, allowing you to use as much or as little as you want at one time. The difference you will taste in the freshly grated cheese compared to the pre grated packages is amazing.
Care of Your Cheese Grater
Make sure your cheese grater is sharp. If it becomes clumped with cheese while grating, remove the excess cheese by using a butter knife to scrape it from the cheese grater. Wash your cheese grater by hand, not in the dishwasher and allow it to air dry. You do not want to allow the cheese grater to remain wet as it will rust.
