Decorating your bathroom can be fun, especially when you create pictures for bathroom decor that express your own personality and sense of humor, instead of choosing department store replicas.
Supplies Needed
- old picture frames (don't worry if they are not in great shape; you're going to give them new life)
- a hot glue gun
- some pictures (of your kids as babies, a favorite pet, a landscape scene -- whatever suits your sense of style or the theme of your bathroom).
Step 1 – Picture Perfect
Choose pictures for your bathroom that represent the theme of your decor. If you have a seascape scene in your bathroom, choose pictures of the ocean or fish. Single matted pictures or collages work well. Glue the pictures to a cardboard backing before inserting into the frame.
Step 2 – Dress Up Your Frame
Add some personality and life to the frame of your picture. Glue buttons or sea shells or beads around the outside of the shell. Allow the frame to dry completely before hanging.
Step 3 – Hang and Enjoy!
Once the pictures are dry, you can hang them up. To complete the theme, look for towels, a rug, and a shower curtain that highlight the same theme.
