Preparing stuffed chicken breast may sound like it is time consuming. If you know the quick tips and tricks, you can have it prepared and cooked in less than 30 minutes. There are many variations to the stuffed chicken breast recipes, you can create one that suits your taste.

Preparing The Stuffed Chicken Breast

The stuffing for the stuffed chicken breast should be prepared first. If you plan on using fresh ingredients you can combine them together in your blender. Fresh broccoli, garlic gloves, parmesan cheese and a bit of extra virgin olive oil makes a nice tasting stuffed chicken breast.

Once you have the stuffed chicken breast ingredients gathers, you will want to prepare the chicken:

• Place the chicken breast in a zip locked freezer bag
• On a flat hard surface, use a wooden mallet to flatten the chicken

As the chicken is hit with the mallet, the breast will thin out and become large enough to stuff.

Place the ingredients on the center of the breast and roll the chicken breast around it. You can tuck in any pieces that hang over. Once you have them all stuffed, you place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. The stuffed chicken breast will be a big hit with your family.
