According to the Hobby Industry Association (HIA), scrapbooking can be even easier and more productive when you follow these tips:
- Crop around the focal point of photos, cutting away unnecessary background. For easy cutting, turn the photo, not the scissors.
- Label all photos on the back, using a permanent, acid-free pen or colored pencil.
- Finish scrapbook pages with purchased stickers and rubber stamp sets available in a wide variety of themes and styles.
- Store patterns and designs on computer disks to retrieve projects quickly.
