Thanks for the article, but:
1) The instructions say "Measure the door carefully and cut the opening to fit." Then, in the next step, add 6" to the width. Not very workable.
2) It mentions installing the door jamb and casing. What is the difference between the jamb and the casing?
3) The last picture is really confusing. I eventually figured out that it is a cross section, looking down (or up).
