Unfortunately, a home termite treatment is not a permanent solution to your termite problems. Your home treatment will probably give you about 1 year, to get some professionals onto your property, and start doing permanent termite removal. But keep in mind that not even professional termite removal is completely permanent. You should repair the damage done by termites immediately, take the necessary steps to remove the current termite infestation from your home, and then engage in regular termite maintenance, at least once every three years. Do not assume that the first successful treatment of a termite problem will be the last you will need.
