Tea Time - A Great Recipe

Tea Time - A Great Recipe

What could be better than drinking a cold glass of iced tea on a warm day? Here's a refreshingly minty recipe:

  • Boil 3 quarts of water, then add one family-size tea bag (or three regular tea bags), the juice of one lemon, two tablespoons of honey and 1 cup very fresh mint leaves.
  • Allow the mixture to steep until it reaches room temperature, then remove the tea bags and refrigerate.
  • In the mood for something different? Use a British tea.
