Steps to Juice Canning
- Step 1: Make sure you have several sterilized glass jars (quart or pint will do).
- Step 2: Fill the clean sterilized jars with the sauce. Make sure there are no air pockets and remember to pack the jars tight.
- Step 3: Put the warm, dried lids on the jars, and tighten up the rims.
- Step 4: Place jars in a pot of boiling water for about 90 minutes, and remove them once the process is done.
