Make Fridge Magnets
With just a bit of time and a little imagination, you can make fridge magnets that are not only useful, but also very cool.
Picture magnets
Perhaps the easiest way to make fridge magnets is to simply cut out a picture that you like and stick it on an adhesive magnetic strip. A nice twist on this idea is to use clear candle stones to give your magnet some glitter and weight. Once you’ve attached the picture to the magnetic strip, take some clear glue and glue a clear stone on top of the picture. Once the glue dries, you will be able to see the picture through the stone.
Magnetic poetry
If you are a writer, or if you just enjoy playing with words, magnetic poetry is a great way to be creative. Simply cut out words and attach them to a magnetic strip. When the magnets aren’t holding paper in place, you can create poems and messages for family members.
Picture frame magnet
Using a small picture frame, glue or attach magnetic pieces to the frame’s back to create art magnets. Instead of using your picture or a family photo, cut out inspirational sayings or photos that you like. Switch them up every few weeks to create new fridge art.
