Nylon - Cleaning Care and Repair
Nylon is thermoplastic but can stand fairly warm temperatures. It is strong and resists most chemicals including solvents and grease. It is used in rollers, glides, and gears because of its smooth operation as well as strength.
Smooth hard nylon can be washed in sudsy water. Never use a scouring powder.
