Scrambled Eggs
Scrambled eggs are a great way to start your day. The great thing about scrambled eggs is that they are easy to make and anyone can do it. You can enjoy your scrambled eggs with toast and a few slices of bacon, on a sandwich with cheese, or in a breakfast scramble.
How to Prepare Scrambled Eggs
In a small mixing bowl break the eggs in to the bowl; ensure that no shells fall in. Add a small amount of milk, just to fluff the eggs up, a pinch of salt for taste and whisk until frothy.
Make sure the pan you are using to prepare your scrambled eggs is hot and that it is well oiled before adding the egg mixture.
Stir frequently over medium heat and allow the eggs to cook thoroughly before removing. If you want to add cheese to your scrambled eggs, place cheese over the eggs and cover with a lid while over low heat. The steam will melt the cheese evenly over the scrambled eggs.
