What type of trim should I use for my kitchen recessed lights?
In choosing kitchen recessed lights you'll not only want to choose from optional incandescent, florescent, or LED lights, but you'll also want to choose decorative trim that will cover the hole in which your light will be installed.
There are a variety of light trims from which you can choose, but those chosen more often are the Open, the Baffle, and the Eyeball. The Open trim is the most economical of these three trims. For lower reflection, the Baffle works better. If you prefer one that highlights or focuses light on a particular area, the Eyeball is the one you will want to choose.
