Description Whitewood is a grouping of the species Spruce, Pine and Fir fence board. Fence board cut from these species has a white appearance when first installed. Whitewoods accept paint or stain, but when left uncoated will weather to a beautiful silvery gray. A wide variety of sizes, grades and accents can be added to create unique designs.
