Why is a brick patio better than a concrete patio?
A brick patio may be considered better than a concrete patio for several reasons. Though concrete is durable, it does not have the charm or versatility of brick. For example, it can be stamped with different designs, but it can not be positioned into shapes or designs the way brick can. Concrete needs to be washed very frequently to retain a clean appearance, while brick does not. Concrete also fades within some months of installation. Concrete cracks more easily than does brick. On the other hand, brick has a unique beauty that accentuates the appeal of any home. Bricks of superior grade lasts fairly long without cracking and needs little washing or maintenance.
