So now I am going to give you some tips and variations in the exercise that I was saying in the part two of my workout. So, this was the exercise. So first of all, when you are going up, make sure that your weight is on your heels and not on your toes. The first variation of this exercise is if you want to go up, you can do this shoulder press as an extra move. The second variation is that you can do instead of regular push-ups, you can do triceps push-up. So that will look like this.
The other variation is on the legs. When you are going to the right lift instead of doing just one, you can stay there and you do pull this. You can do one, two, three and then stretch the legs. That's it. Thank you for watching and I hope to see you next time on BodyRock TV.
