I definitely want to also emphasize the responsibility that we as coaches and parents have for our students in terms of physical wellness, Colindy started a fitness training program on her 12th birthday, that consists of many different exercises.

To play at higher and higher competitive levels, it's critical, that players have an age specific fitness program that build strength and flexibility suitable for the demands of tennis.

I am also a believer that players should have a mandatory one day of rest each week to let their bodies recover.
