I have been harvest thing for the pass few months in my main garden here and I had some amazing fresh vegetables for dinner and lunch or snacks. Today I am going through my whole garden doing some meeting and also gathering anything that is ready and edible. Over here I have my cucumbers and I have some cucumbers ready I believe. Before I pick everything, I want to terrain my vines through the trout here. I love harvesting vegetables the day after a rain; they are usually at there juiciest and most delicious. I have harvested lettuce from here for the past few months then I do started some more lettuce and it is time to start harvesting on it. These are just a variety of different little baby lettuces. I have got red romaine, I have got regular romaine, I have a gulgula and just a wide variety. Most I am going to go through on weeds, now all the weeds that I am taking I am going to put in this bucket and once I am done going to the whole garden I am going to give them to the chickens. Let see how it taste, I see some purple bean here too. Of course eggplant of the season, look at this ripe tomato the wonderful in a Russian tomato. I can see the kernels right there and my pumpkins are doing amazingly this guy is huge. Well I am done harvesting everything that is available and ready to go on my garden. And I have such a wide of variety of vegetables ready to go. I have got tomato, eggplant, different types of cucumbers, corn, lettuce and I am so excited for lunch. Let us go follow me and we are going to feed all the different weeds that I picked out of all the raise beds to the chicken.
