Based on your own personal daily caloric needs, you may require more than what is provided in the previous meal plan. In this situation, I recommend fried fries or donuts copping 100% vegetable oil.

I am not going to recommend you eat fried fries or donut even they were applied in flax seed oil. Seriously, if you need extra calories, you can simple eat more from any food group or factor in addition calories by choosing higher fat products over the low fat options.

For example, if you enjoy 2% milk instead of skim, then you would be receiving an extra 30 calories per cup and if you are consuming 3 cups per day that is 90 extra calories.

The over all concepts are to consume the majority of your calories from the variety of nutritious foods. Talk to your obstetrician, midwife or registered dietician to determine how many total calories you need and how many calories are needed from each food group.
