Okay, so there is inserting graphics. Now, how about working with clip art? I am going to scroll down this a little bit my document and give myself a little bit of space to work here. And I will go to my insert tab up to the top, and you will find your Clip Art button there. Click on that, that opens up the Clip Art Pane over on the right, and let us search for some clip art here. So I am going to type in "internet" and I want to search in all of my selected collections, so I have my collections, office collections and I can also include web collections if I want. Click on Go when you are ready.

Here I chose my web base collections. Word is asking me if I want to search through the thousands of clip art images that are available online. So, I am just going to click on Yes here, and I see some results coming up over on the right here. And as the results are appearing there, I can begin scrolling through them.

When you find a piece of clip art that you would like to insert, simply click on it and appears where you had placed your insertion point. Once again, notice a format tab appears up to the top, containing all of the options that we just saw. For example, we can set a picture style for our inserted clip art. We could also set some picture effects as well. Let us put a drop shadow, I wanted here.

Once again, we have our positioning option here, and do not forget you are also have your size options. Now, one thing that we did not see earlier is you can actually drag on the corners of your graphic if you would like to scale it as well. Also, you may have notice this little green ball at the top or you image which allows you to rotate your graphic. Do not forget you can always reset your picture as well if you have taken it too far. In fact, I can even drag my image around throughout my page to position it exactly where I would like.

To remove a graphic, just press Delete. So let us go and find a different piece of clip art to insert into our document.

This time, rather than single clicking to insert my clip art, I am going to drop down my menu here, where I am giving adding options, insert, copy and so on. I will choose insert. My clip art appears on my page. And again, maybe what we will do is set some basic options here. So, I will set my picture shape.

I will add another drop shadow to my clip art and also, apply a border. I am thickening up my outline there just a little bit, maybe three-point. There we are. Do not forget once I click off of my graphic, my contextual tab disappears. Once I am finished with my clip art, just click on the Close button and the clip art panel disappears.
